Right of Reply

Lasto publishes factual, sourced data about appliance reliability. We take accuracy seriously, and we recognize that manufacturers are entitled to respond to what is published about their products.

If you represent a manufacturer or brand

• Factual error: tell us the page, the data point, and the evidence. We verify and correct or remove confirmed errors promptly.
• Response to user reports: you may submit an official statement regarding a model (e.g. a design fix in later production runs). Verified statements are published on the relevant model page, clearly attributed.
• Recall information: our recall data links to official CPSC / UK OPSS records. Corrections to those records should be addressed to the issuing authority; we sync updates.
