What we collect

Lasto works without user accounts. The only personal data we process is the email address you choose to give us when you register an appliance or report a failure — so we can send you recall, fault and warranty alerts.

How we store it

• Email addresses are stored hashed in our database wherever technically possible.
• Failure reports published on the site are aggregated statistics only — never linked to an identifiable person.
• We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except our email delivery provider (Brevo) which needs your address to send you the alerts you asked for. We do not sell personal data.

Delete my data

Email us with the subject "Delete my data" and we will remove your email address and unlink your registered appliances. The contact address will be published here when our permanent domain goes live — before any registration form opens.
